Joyce Hardi served for years on the Slow Food Yolo steering committee and is the longtime professional bookkeeper for the organization. She has been involved with Davis Farm to School and Yolo Farm to Fork, and was a parent volunteer with the garden & waste recycling program at Pioneer Elementary School in Davis.
Dorothy Peterson is a cofounder of Davis Farm to School, multiple award winner for her community and school environmental work, and a former longtime elementary school teacher. Classroom gardens and waste reduction are her specialty areas.
