This event will featured slow cooked polenta with roasted vegetables and Arrabiata sauce, braised oxtails with Berryessa Gap Syrah served and braised rabbit with Armagnac, prunes, turnips and Nantes carrots. These big pots will be served with Big Red Wines from Berryessa Gap. The meal will be cooked by star chef, Elka Gilmore.
